a. "handreach", i.e., direct connect to the school via our volunteers (no intermediate agency, thus less chance of bureaucratic corruption);

b. micro-grant, i.e., a small amount of fund ($200) per school that can put the most effective use of our money, and also can reduce the risk of corruption.

3. How can I apply for a fund from Handreach?
